Will quizzes not start for you?
AOL Users:
We have found that the AOL browser is not compatible with our quiz games. If you are using the AOL browser, we strongly recommend that you stop using it for this game and use Internet Explorer or Firefox.
Internet Explorer Users:
The main reason why quizzes won't start for some people is that they have their security settings too high. When the setting are on "High", your browser will not allow important javascripts to run for us to load the quiz. You need to lower your setting to "Medium-High".
To Change Your Settings:
- Click on the "Tools" button in IE and then select "Internet Options"
- Adjust the "Security Level for this Zone" to "Medium-High" or "Medium" as in the image below:
- Close and restart Internet Explorer.
Bonus Quizzes
- Bonus Quizzes are won by spinning the Mega Wheel.
- Bonus Quizzes are timed and follow the Countdown Quiz format.
- The Bonus Quiz Category is chosen at random.
- You win the monetary amount of the Bonus Quiz by Acing the Quiz - All answers must be correct and on time.
Power Ups
- Power Ups are won by spinning the Mega Wheel.
- Power Ups only last for a certain amount of quizzes taken.
- Your Power Up Multiplier adjusts your quiz score in your results by your multiplier amount.
- You can only have one multiplier at a time.
I lost my password, how do I get it back?
On the homepage, click on Forgot Password? just below the log-in box and then enter your email address. You will receive an email with a temporary password. Input the temporary password after clicking on the link you receive in the email. After you?ve entered the temporary password, then enter your permanent password. Remember your permanent password; you?ll use it each time you log into PCHQuiz4Cash.
How do I request my winners check?
Once your account balance has reached $25, you can request a check by clicking on the Claim Check button. Be sure all your mailing information is correct and then submit the claim.
I requested a check and haven’t received it yet, when will it come?
Checks are issued within 8 weeks after you request a check. If you claimed, the check is coming, don’t worry.
How do I win the Super JackPot?
The Super JackPot can only be won via spins of the MegaWheel. Take as many quizzes as you can, maximize your points and use the points to spin the MegaWheel. Good luck!
What is an aced quiz?
An aced quiz occurs when you correctly answer all the questions of a Countdown Quiz. If you do ace a Countdown Quiz, click on the "Spin Wheel" button and you’ll get a free spin of the MegaWheel.
The Countdown Quiz questions are too hard for me, what should I do?
If the Countdown Quizzes are too tough, take the Search and Win Quizzes. With the Search and Win Quizzes you can take your time and research your answers on the Internet using PCH Search and Win.
