PCHQuiz4Cash Official Rules

1. The Promotion begins on 12:01am January 1, 2009 (PDT) and ends on January 31, 2009 at 11:59pm (PST). PCHQuiz4Cash is free to play and available to all US Residents over the age of 18. No purchase is ever necessary to play and win prizes at PCHQuiz4Cash and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. Access the promotion site at http://www.PCHQuiz4Cash.com and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account.
3. Users are free to take as many quizzes as they want. Play everyday for the best shot at winning big cash at PCHQuiz4Cash.
4. Countdown Quizzes are more challenging but yield more points. Countdown Quizzes will also yield a free spin of the MegaWheel whenever the user aces a specific quiz.
5. Search quizzes are less challenging, yield fewer points and don’t offer a free spin of the MegaWheel upon acing a Search quiz, but if taking your time is your thing, Search Quizzes will allow you to play slowly and learn while playing at PCHQuiz4Cash.
6. The MegaWheel distributes cash and other prizes to the PCHQuiz4Cash audience. Users earn points toward spinning the wheel by correctly answering quiz questions. Users can also win points when they spin the MegaWheel. When your points balance reaches 2000 points, you can spin the MegaWheel. If you are a selected winner of a cash prize, you will be credited with the amount of cash listed on the screen deposited into your account, and it will go toward your cash balance.
7. As you play the quizzes, you can click on the banners that provide research links to help you make the right picks.
8. Once a user’s cash balance has reached $25, the user can claim his/her cash within the “Account” section of PCHQuiz4Cash.
9. PCHQuiz4Cash will use the email address you provided in the registration to notify you of your quiz scores and any cash winnings. This is the only notification of winning we will provide. If our email notification is returned as undeliverable, or if you do not claim your cash within 30 days in accordance with the instructions in the email notification, any prize you may win will be forfeited. Users must claim the cash in the same name in which the user account was opened.
10. When a user has claimed cash, the user can expect to receive a check from PCHQuiz4Cash within 30 days after the end of the month in which the check was requested. Taxes are the responsibility of the user.
11. Number and value of prizes depends on frequency and volume of plays. Any prizes that are not won in accordance with these rules will be forfeited. Claimed cash prizes will be replaced if necessary to maintain estimated odds of winning through promotion end date set forth below. The odds of winning a prize based upon a wheel spin are noted below.
12. Users of PCHQuiz4Cash are allowed to set up only one account at PCHQuiz4Cash per person. If it’s discovered that a user has created more than one account, or has tampered with the website, or has attempted in any other way to circumvent or undermine these rules, PCHQuiz4Cash has the right to forfeit any prizes that user might have won, terminate all accounts of that user and ban the user from further play at PCHQuiz4Cash.
13. The Terms of Use apply to all aspects of PCHQuiz4Cash and are a part of these Official Rules.
